Problems accessing a file?

Yesterday, our media hosting company ran into some pretty serious delivery problems. It looks like the issue has been cleaned up, but we’re still seeing residual problems. If it happens, report it.

The answer to the problem is right there for all to see, so the next person having the issue can skip the process.

Even better? You can help answer questions if you like. It’s community powered, and many of you are long time users of the site. You’ve probably encountered the issues being raised and may be able to jump in before an “official” response can be created. So help us out!

    Hi Evo or whoever is dealing with this problem.
    I just tried to download the last 2 ep’s of 65 below but cant access them,is this the same problem you are talking about here?

    Yes, Revolver. That’s the same issue we’ve seen. Works for some, not for others. Very troubling.

    Dianne – I’m able to link through to the getsatisfaction site without issue. Browser problem? Did you try to type it in manually?
