Asimov’s on podcasting fiction

Author James Patrick Kelly1 has a new column out on Asimov’s. It’s a follow-on piece to a story he did on podcasting about three years ago.

This time around, he’s including conversations with Mur Lafferty, J.C. Hutchins and Tee Morris. This article not only covers the evolution of the podcast novel format, but also delves into the role that social media plays to the author taking this non-conventional route.

1 – Yes, we used to have an his audiobook Burn available as a free serialized download. It’s still available on iTunes, but we had to pull the book’s page down from Podiobooks.com due to his arrangement with another publisher.
