Now available! Paladin Corps: Book 1 by K. Gainor
It is no secret that we, the human race, live in a broken world. Greed, corruption, and hatred surround us, hinder us, cripple us.
It is easy to cry about the state of things; to rant and rave against the injustices of life, and weakly hope for a brighter tomorrow.
… But what if that hope was no longer your wish… But was now… your duty.
For officer Kevin Lahzur, that very struggle has just begun…
Along the way… Kevin must face the tests of the Concordium, proving himself… and humanity as a whole… to be worth saving from total annihilation.
Political corruption, corporate greed, hatred and fear all stand in his way… And Kevin must discover if he is strong enough to face the challenges ahead… Before it’s too late.
Paladin Corps. – Book 1 follows Kevin on his reluctant journey from disheartened local cop, to chosen savior of the human race.

Awesome Science Fiction Thriller, I enjoyed every minute of it. It is chalk full of suspense that was so intense I was pacing the floor waiting to see what would happen next I found this book fully immersing. In my opinion K. Gainor deserves a 10. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed. . I am looking forward to his next book. I want to thank K Gainor for his hard work and wish him the success he deserves.

I just listened to episode 7. Really loving this! One word fix: “building to the inevitable crescendo” should be “building to the inevitable climax” or some other word besides crescendo. Crescendo means ‘building’. So unless you really meant ‘building to the inevitable building’ then something else would be better. Sorry for the nitpick but I’m a musician.

Just finished this first book. Thank you for your writing. It is very emotionally charged becoming almost operatic as the story develops. Somewhere after episode 7 the story took a turn that took me out of it to a point. I’m still working on it, and if I knew more about the craft of writing I’d be more specific. But there was some kind of change in tone that made the story not work as well for me and it had something to do with integrating the visitors and their back-story into the work. Important stuff I know, and my vague criticism is more annoying than helpful I’m sure. Sorry. Keep working on it!

Spectacular story! Just finished episode 16 and am very happy that “Book 1″ in the title foreshadows that I’ll be following Kevin’s story for a while.

Great story. I particularly liked the Sigler/Chang band reference, and the Greg Heidl rape case reference.
